Brazilian power company Cia Energetica de Minas Gerais SA (BVMF: CMIG4), better known as Cemig, has agreed to sell its entire stake in renewable energy developer Renova Energia SA (BVMF: RNEW11 ) to AP Energias Renovaveis, an investment fund managed by Mantiq Investmentos Ltda.

The Swiss energy company AEW Energie AG has agreed to buy from the canton of Aargau a 23% stake in the Ryburg-Schwoerstadt hydroelectric power station on the Rhine in northern Switzerland for 150 million francs.
